Mr. Rusty Highsmith will be instructing anyone who is interested in the proper way to “retire” the American, State, local flag. Mr. Highsmith’s Boy Scout troop will be on hand to help demonstrate. This demonstration will be held during our annual Memorial Day Celebration.
