Okefenokee Color Run and the Okefenokee Veterans Day Red, White, and Blue Color Run
These raise money for youth programming and provide scholarships and opportunities for students to learn and grow in our community
These annual events are held in March and November
Saturday, March 28, 2026
Registration 7 AM
5K – 8 AM
1 Mile Run & Walk – 9 AM
Location:
Okefenokee Heritage Center, 1460 N. Augusta Ave.,
Waycross, GA.
Times:
Day-Of Registrations: 7 AM (at Registration Table).
5K: 8 AM and 1 Mile: 9 AM (Pick up packets at Early Registration Table).
Entry Fee:
5K: $25 Early Registration $30 after March 20th.
1 Mile: $15 Early Registration $20 after March 20th.
DO NOT mail registration forms after March 6th.
T-Shirts:
ALL Participants registered by March 21st will be guaranteed a free t-shirt.
Participants who register AFTER March 20th may purchase a t-shirt the day of the race.
Awards:
Top 3 Finishers in each (5-year) age group, Male and Female. Overall Finisher Male and Female.
All finishers of the 1-mile Walk/Run will receive a medal.
